Our Burn-600 Series of classes are designed specifically to help you achieve fast results, give you put in the time and effort. All of our classes in the Burn-600 series have been tested and proven to burn, on average, 600 calories (That's the equivalent of running 6 miles)! Don't believe us? Drop in and wear a Heart Rate Monitor, you'll be shocked what you can do! And there's not a single DREAD-mill in sight!
Yes! You can lose weight and get lean from doing JUST Yoga! We offer2 different styles: one to burn and one to recover.
DDPy is a high intensity class that will leave you dripping in sweat! We also offer 2 supplementary yoga classes (Restorative on Saturday's at 9am and Sunday's at 10am) that will help your body recover for the next week's training.
Our bread and butter: Warrior Bootcamp, PLYOfit Bootcamp, and X-Physique are all designed to BLAST fat and build that beautiful lean muscle! Each of these three classes has it's own style and focus. Warrior Bootcamp is a WOD-based workout with tons of action, PLYOfit utilizes Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and the TRX to build that muscle fast, and X-Physique is a isometric burn that's part Barre, part circuit training, and ALL work!
DANCE PARTY TIME MACHINE
As an added bonus, we also offer this amazing cardio class! With choreography spanning across the decades which also incorporates PLENTY of bodyweight exercises, this class is too fun not to try! Taught by Group Fitness Instructor and professional dancer, Kelly FIlios!
